Rutherford 8310 Mag Lock
These multi-purpose electromagnetic locks enhance building security and install quickly.
Several standard features make these locks the “workhorses” of the industry.
The adjustability has been enhanced with keyhole mounting to support the lock’s weight during
initial installation, freeing the installer’s hands to affix the mounting screws. The removable
cavity cover offers quick, easy access to wiring. Our built-in time delay relock feature allows instant
unlock and delayed relock of up to 110 seconds.
Both models feature several options, such as the Door States Sensor (DSS), which is ideal for
anti-follow-through, alerting the access control system to reset the lock’s power immediately upon
door closure and Security Condition Sensor (SCS) to indicate local (LED), or remote lock states.
